The staff were friendly and gave me a map showing nearby transit stops. It was useful.
The air conditioning didn't work , a real problem! the breakfast was pretty basic for a supposed 4-star hotel. I expected more variety. hot water was also inconsistent.

the staff was helpful and kind. i really liked the complimentary nightly treats we received. the location was perfect for tours and exploring! i safety was good at this hotel.
i found it a little difficult to get bolt transportation sometimes. it wasn't a major issue. but it did cause some delays on a few occasions.

the hotel location was great. the premium room was spacious. breakfast had varied offerings and good expresso coffee. i found sparkling wine and chocolate truffles in the room as a birthday gift.
i noticed that there was a short wait for hot water, and the supply was inconsistent.

the breakfast had enough variety, its good i didnt get tired during my 4 nights.
the metro run all night. the sound transmit into the rooms of the hotel, i could hardly sleep. my room faced the street and noise bothered me constantly. i dont recommend this hotel if you need quiet nights.

The staff was helpful with directions.
The noise from the metro running under the building was quite disturbing. The noise started early in the morning. I also found the air conditioning to be ineffective . The room was too warm for comfort, even with the system set to a lower temperature.
